Danielle Sawyer’s life has finally returned to normal. Not the old normal, perhaps, the fire burned that away, along with so much of what her life had once been; but now she’s found a new normal in an old, familiar place.
From her little corner office, she spends her days translating, speaking for those who cannot speak for themselves. It’s a skill she thought she’d mastered until an old monk and a string of innocent victims force her to reexamine everything she thought she knew.
